We work towards holistic care and optimum rehabilitation outcomes for every orphaned child. We promote, support, advocate and act as Catalysts to achieve these objectives. We are an unstoppable force inspiring and channelizing action to bring about sustainable social change.

Destitute Child care: Improved care standards- There are huge number of kids who are institutionalized because of number of reason which are inevitable. Children being helpless are the biggest sufferer, through the situations. Damages to the early days of their childhood results in incompetent section of the society in future. Therefore CSA has tried to provide quality care, academic, vocational and career support to children in orphanages/ Destitute homes (who are too old to be adopted) so that they grow into contributing members of society. Nutrition-Malnutrition in early childhood has serious, long-term consequences because it impedes motor, sensory, cognitive, social and emotional development. Malnourished children are less likely to perform well in school and more likely to grow into malnourished adults, at greater risk of disease and early death. Therefore CSA has pitched in to provide supplementary nutrition to the children in orphanages. This is monitored by periodic Health check up of the child and menu for supplementary nutrition is set as per the consultation of the dietician. Health and hygiene -Malnutrition in children is not affected by food intake alone; it is also influenced by access to health services, quality of care for the child. Therefore regular Doctor's visit to orphanage, Vaccinations of the new born and clinical tests for the prescribed one is done by CSA wherever necessary. Child in need of corrective surgery are sponsored by us, we ensure the child grow in healthy atmosphere. Therefore the Awareness programs to maintain personal hygiene are frequently organised. Personal hygiene kits are provided to each child and it's importance is explained. Clothing-Though we generate old clothes through our "old clothes drive" with our associate corporate, we also aim that each child associated with CSA should get 2 new dresses in a year. Education and career- As we are aiming to shape the underprivileged children into a civilised population, Education becomes the key factor to provide them the knowledge and intelligence to cope up with this competitive world. Tutition classes, school material, school fees are provided to the children to promote education. Not only this but CSA has sponsored the career building courses like ITI, Hotel management, Engineering etc. Vocational courses-Options for Income generating skills are made available to the adolescent kids. Courses run by CSA like beauty Parlour course, Computer course, Tailoring course etc. surely can fetch them livelihood once they are out from the orphanages. Living Condition-Various civil projects like construction of kitchen, children room, toilet etc. Are undertaken as per the need of the orphanages. Other essential things like play equipments, Cupboard, play pan etc. Are provided to ensure better living condition in the orphanages. Personality development- Dance class, music class, Spoken English class, participation in various competitions etc. are arranged to showcase their talent and nurture their interest. Recreation-Sports, festival celebrations, cultural programs are arranged with respect to make them understand the relevance of the topic as well as to get some joy which will boost their confidence towards positive attitude. Adoption: 1. Increase adoptions: to facilitate the placement of children in rural agencies by supporting parents (providing information, handholding through the process and post adoption support). 2. Enhanced Child care: to upgrade the agency by providing a. better living conditions (nutrition, infrastructure, water supply, potable water, electricity, sanitation, furniture, mosquito protection, child development etc.) and work conditions b. training for better childcare and paper work (social workers and Child care workers). 3 Advocacy: to escalate issues that deter the adoption Process leading to children languishing while parents wait and seek Government/judicial intervention to bring about change in policy, process and practice. To create public awareness and sensitize the Government /Judicial authorities.
