Mission

to improve life in developing countries by identifying and encouraging the use of affordable water purification systems, teaching the importance of proper household water treatment, and creating new business opportunities for local people

Programs

Deep Springs employs a 3-prong approach to the Water Crisis... 1 - Home Water Treatment We treat water at the point of consumption to assure that it is safe to drink. Even with a well or covered spring, water can become contaminated during transport and/or storage in the home. 2 - Education Water Technicians visit each home regularly to educate families about the dangers of unsafe water, the proper use of the Home Treatment Systems, and to monitor water qualify. 3 - Enterprise Development The goal of the Deep Springs approach is self-sustaining via sales of affordable chlorine solution. Water Techs deliver free systems to remote communities and then recover the cost via sales.
