CHHASE computer education center started

Hi supporters!

First of all I would like to thank you all on behalf of the staff and on behalf of the women and girls of our program for your generous donations to CHHASE.

In this letter we would like to share some of the most important events with you about the program you have been supporting. on  15th of  April, 2011, we have opened CHHASE computer education center to give computer education to the rural area girls and self help group members, who were unable to study further after completion of 10th and 12th grade to track a decent paid job.

And as far as our Tailoring and embroidery training give women and girls self employment and they can work at their home and earn. We at CHHASE teach different sewing techniques, hand embroidery and produced beautiful saris. These trainings are great opportunities for our women and girls to further develop their marketable skills and therefore a little step towards self independence.

Now we are planning to sell the products made by our women and girls in a centralized place, for which we are doing market survey to select appropriate place.

Many thanks again for your support! We will continue to keep you updated about our work and events of the following months.

Warm Regards,

Vincent Paul

Hi supporters and donors,

On behalf of the CHHASE board members and staff, thank you for your hard-earned sacrifice with your donation. 28th February,2011, CHHASE provided 500 plants to 500 children to grow and take care at their homes. As a part of environmental awareness, we have conducted a rally with 1200 children. We have distributed 5000 awareness raising pamphlets to general public. This tree planting programme created a greater awareness to general public and to school children. This programme, we conducted by inviting our local district environmental coordinator and local police. CHHASE helps the local public have a long term understanding of the importance of preserving the environment and to adopt environmental sustainable practices in their everyday lives. Now there are 10 schools waiting for our plants to issue in their schools. Will you help us to provide plants to 10 more schools? Thank you,

Hi supporters and donors,

During November and early December, 8 continuous cyclones formed and rained heavily. In this period, these people suffered and not able to go for any work to earn their bread or they were able to change their dresses. We have been able to provide rice, medicines and cloths to 22 migrant people. Your support enabled us to provide emergency care during cyclone/floods. We learned a lesson during this emergency that, these migrants need food, dress and medicines in disasters. We at CHHASE appeal to you that, kindly allow us to provide food, dress and medicines, till we are able to provide mobile home. I know that in deciding to help those in needs you are making a hard-earned sacrifice with your donation. CHHASE staff prays for you and to your families. CHHASE staff request you to continue support in our future projects. Thank you
