Mission

Tahanan Sta. Luisa (TSL) is a crisis intervention and recovery center whose mission is to provide rehabilitation for physically/sexually abused and prostituted street girls, between the ages of 11-15 years old upon admission. Tahanan is a non-government organization (NGO) and one of only three residential centers within Metro Manila which focuses specifically on the admission of pre-adolescent/adolescent street girls - one of the most vulnerable and marginalized demographic groups in the Philippines.
