Programs

Sarah's Circle administers four main programs: the Daytime Support Center, the Interim Housing (IH) program, the Health Access for Formerly Homeless Women Program, and the Permanent Housing Supportive Housing Program. The Daytime Support Center is our largest and longest running program providing a safe space, physical services, educational and general interest programming, and case management to any woman in need. Our Interim Housing (IH) program is a 50-bed shelter for women who are homeless. The program provides 24-hour access and supportive services, including intensive case management, designed to move women directly into permanent housing. Sarah's Circle started the Health Access for Formerly Homeless Women project in 2012, which provides targeted support, including home visits, to women during the critical transition time in the first months after housing placement. The Health Access team also connects clients with health resources to improve health and housing stability. Our Permanent Supportive Housing provides homes for women who struggle with chronic homelessness. This program includes intensive case management to keep women housed and empower them to achieve goals of greater health, well-being, and self-sufficiency. Sarah's Circle has a total of 21 permanent housing units.
