Mission

Love, Support, and a Challenging Education: The philosophy of the New Home for Orphan Children is to provide Nepal's abandoned children with a safe home and new life by expanding upon what they consider a child's basic needs - food, shelter, and clothing. NHOC hopes to help raise a generation of youth who are dedicated to fighting poverty and social injustice, as well as creating and inspiring sustainable change in their society.

Programs

NHOC provides medical care, food, housing, shelter, security, and an education in an loving, encouraging atmosphere. Man and Kamala work hard to foster personal bonds, rejecting the notion of an orphanage as a temporary spot, and more as another addition to their extended family. Through the Widows Care Ministry, women become skilled artisans who work for a salary and begin to understand how employment and financial stability will lead to family security and credibility in their society.
