Programs

Win-Win Campaign - A neighborhood-focused, green economic development program that merges hands-on, service-learning career training for diverse job-seeking populations with small business consulting to drive both the demand for, and supply of, energy conservation products, services, and jobs. Project ReCharge - Educates K-12 teachers and students about energy efficiency, building science and renewable energy while empowering them to take actions that reduce their school's environmental impact and saves the school money on energy and resource costs. Three Spheres Leadership Academy - Interdisciplinary, entrepreneurial youth development program to increase youth leaders' understanding of the interactions of society, the environment and economy by engaging in sustainable community projects. GREENevada - Growing Resources for Environmental Education in Nevada - is a coalition of seven non-profits in Reno that includes the Alliance for Climate Education, Black Rock Solar, Envirolution, GreenPower, Sierra Nevada Journeys, Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful and Urban Roots Garden Classrooms. We are dedicated to transforming the way students learn by making every school green and helping students learn global responsibility through local example.
