GlobalGiving Compliance Policies

In order to remain active on GlobalGiving’s site, organizations must:

  1. Submit project reports at least every three months (see Project Reports to learn more); and
  2. Renew their Due Diligence documents every two years (see Due Diligence Renewal to learn more).

Organizations that do not comply with these policies will first be warned and then retired from the site. Projects can be reactivated after project reports are submitted or Due Diligence renewal has been approved.

GlobalGiving partner organizations are also expected to adhere to GlobalGiving’s Non-Discrimination Policy, Anti-Terror Certificate, and Terms and Conditions, each of which organizations must sign during the due diligence process.
