Project Needs and Beneficiaries

115 million children around the world are not in school. Of those who go to school, one-third drop out before they learn to read, write and count. Education gives people the power to lift themselves out of poverty and lays a foundation for sustained economic growth.

Activities
The Fund is composed of 8 high-impact projects in communities located around the world. These projects provide educational necessities like buildings, teachers, paper and pencils, and more basic necessities like food and water.
Expected Outcomes
A good education affects the health and well being of each person, each person’s family and each person’s community. Education is the most powerful instrument for reducing poverty and inequality.
