At present, we have 150 participants and our biggest problem really is drugs, closely linked with marginalization, because they live in a high-risk environment. The next is the lack of family support, and here in our project, they are taken in and led into the school network. The families receive basic food assistance, and we are carrying out this work in one of the areas (a bairro) that has the highest crime rate in São Paulo, here in the eastern district of São Miguel Paulista.

The project is simple: Children are attracted to the project by means of the Brazilian sport that is a national passion, soccer. They are signed up and they have to be studying and registered in school, and in this way we monitor their improvement. |

Today, our project serves around 150 youths and could be handling another 100 children. The goal is to counsel young people not to use drugs and to include them in society, guiding and supporting them in their educational career. |

Yes to Youth; No to Drugs. The sooner we begin to fight this plague, the more effective our results will be, with fewer drug users in the future. This is the way to give to children and adolescents..
