Agus Rafiqkoh - Operations Manager

Agus Rafiqoh has managed sustainable wood furniture production in Jepara since 1993. Agus aims to create an example of how business can be practiced with due consideration of the people and resources that make business possible. He is now a spokesperson for social and environmental responsibility in his community, and has enlisted strong local support for the Jepara Forest Conservancy.

Dr. Greg Hill - Project Co-director and President of IFCAE

Greg is an interdisciplinary scientist working on issues including salmon recover in the Pacific Northwest, ethical use of technology in environmental decision making, sustainable water issues, and sustainable development in Indonesia. He is also a University of Portland Professor where he has recently started a Master's in business administration and sustainability.

Tim O'Brien - Project Co-director and Tropical Salvage CEO

Tim believes that the business community must join the lead in addressing today's unprecedented challenges to our world's social and environmental integrity. His business, Tropical Salvage, manufactures furniture in Jepara (a short distance from the JFC site) using salvaged wood from a wide variety of sustainable sources providing full or part time employment for 100 workers.
